Permanent cosmetics are non-surgical procedures where colored pigments are implanted into the dermal layer of the skin, permanently. This is referred to as a cosmetic tattoo. The process includes an initial consultation, application of the pigment, and at least one follow-up visit for adjusting the shape and color or density of the pigment. Permanent makeup procedures are performed using various techniques and devices, such as rotary pen machine, tattoo coil machine, hand device or microblade tool.
